About Us
| Steven Valenzuela embarked on his jewellery career as a 17 year old alongside his parents back in 1987. As a family they opened Anny’s Manufacturing Jewellers in Frankston. Undertaking his apprenticeship under the watchful and talented eye of his father Roberto, Steven honed his skills on the bench. Travelling abroad to Europe, Asia and the Americas he was exposed to many craftsmen, design workshops and gemstones. Once back on Australian soil it was time to branch out on his own and open Rodricks Designs in 1999. Living and working in Bayside Melbourne provides much needed inspiration as it was here that he continued to explore his love of working with different materials and gems to create distinctive pieces of fine jewellery.
